Position Title: Construction Laborer

Responsibilities for the position may include any or all of the following:

Responsibilities:

• General support ofother craftsmen
• Scraping, sweeping, clean-up of small debris
• Handling and raising concrete forms
• Stripping and clean-up of concrete form materials
• Chipping and grinding concrete
• Flagging traffic
• Signaling and rigging
• Spotting fellow team members during stripping and other activities
• Driving forklifts
• Loading, unloading, moving, and handling construction materials
• Demolition
• Following safety rules to protect yourself and others, including use of visual, auditory, and other PPE
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

· At least age 18 or high school diploma

· 2,000 hours of hands-on experience (preferred)

· Ability to perform strenuous tasks and fine manipulation with your hands

· Ability to push, pull, reach, kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials (up to 100 lbs.)

· Ability to walk on uneven ground

· Ability to work around loud noises and in a dusty environment

· Ability to work at heights

· Ability to travel and provide your own transportation to jobsites in the greater Denver region

· Ability to pass a drug test

• Hourly Range – ($20-$35) (DOE)
