Who we’re looking for:

An experienced, dedicated and solution-orientated individual who has knowledge in the Service Industry. The ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency and have the ability to approach complex situations with a positive attitude. This individual will excel at delegation, be eager to represent our company with the highest level of integrity, and have the desire to build a long-term career with us.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and developing HVAC technicians/office staff
  • Regularly reviewing customer service and work being performed by department to ensure all company standards are met
  • Inspire and motivate staff by leading by example
  • Managing supervision of daily operations
  • Assisting in project management
  • Preparing quotes, bids, and contracts for customers
  • Monitoring and overseeing billing for service jobs
  • Keeping track of customers, projects and sales for company
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clientele
  • Coordinating technician’s schedules with dispatchers
  • Continuing education on industry standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

· 5 years of experience in Service Management

· 3 years of management experience

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Leadership skills and interest

Job Type: Full-time
