Your Role:

• Prepares construction cost estimates by doing take-offs and analyzing all costs associated with the work.
• Obtains quotes from vendors and subcontractors and ensures that scopes and qualifications meet project needs.
• Attends meetings and speaks with customers, professionals, suppliers, and team members.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• 1- 3 years of construction estimating experience
