About the Position:

We are working with a leading global Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for a privacy/cybersecurity lawyer (3 yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:

· Advise clients on the risks and implementation of data protection compliance programs

· Assist clients with the development of privacy policies and incident response plans

· Manage privacy and cybersecurity workstreams

Required Qualifications:

· 3 or more years of privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection experience

· Experience with incident response, product development, and advising clients on state and federal privacy, data, and cybersecurity compliance

· CIPP certification is preferred

· Strong academic credentials
