We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and service requests across various channels. This role involves scheduling service appointments, providing cost estimates, updating customer records, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule service and maintenance appointments with homeowners.
• Inform customers about service costs, repair fees, and anticipated delays.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our computer system.
• Promote Service Agreement benefits and current specials to customers.
• Process order forms and calculate total service costs.
• Record and file copies of service orders.
• Coordinate parts orders as required.
• Promptly escalate customer complaints to management for resolution.
• Compile statistical reports for management review.
• Assist customers with product inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Distribute seasonal brochures, newsletters, and maintenance reminders to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Service Titan or similar CRM software.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to understand and apply instructions in various formats (written, oral, diagram).
• Familiarity with home maintenance products/services is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as necessary.
• Comfortable with occasional physical activities such as filing and material handling.
