Responsibilities:
Assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care.
Develop, update, and coordinate the patient's plan of care to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes and transitions across the care continuum.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate, maintaining essential competencies required by specific areas of hire and populations served.
Advocate for ethical and holistic care by partnering in care planning to promote the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.
Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team, including students.
Ensure patient safety, identify and correct problems, and integrate evidence and best practices into nursing care to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN or MSN preferred.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in med/surg environments.
Upon time of hire the ability to obtain an industry-level certification.
