Position Overview:
As the Lead Registered Dental Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our patient care team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment while upholding the highest standards of dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of dental assistants, fostering a supportive and collaborative work atmosphere.
• Assist in the coordination of daily clinic activities, ensuring seamless patient flow and optimal use of resources.
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during a variety of dental procedures, with expertise in oral surgery, implant placement, CEREC, 3D printing, and orthodontics.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines.
• Oversee inventory management for dental supplies and equipment.
• Act as a liaison between the dental team and administrative staff to enhance communication and streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification.
• Proven experience in a dental assisting role, with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in dental software and digital radiography.
• Experience with oral surgery, implant placement, CEREC, 3D printing, and orthodontics is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
