MCCY ltd is Hiring a Customer Service Advisor (Part Time) Near Edinburgh, IN

Blue Arrow Edinburgh are recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service Adviser(B2B).
  • Please note that you must be able to travel to the Edinburgh Office at least once per week**
Contract - 12 month FTC.
Part time post - 19 hours per week, Hybrid working
Payrate - £13.50 per hour
Shifts - Monday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-1pm and Friday 9am-5pm
You MUST be able to commit to 1 week full time paid training.About The CompanyOur client strives to put their customers at the heart of everything that they do. When business customers need a helping hand, they ensure they have the right people to confidently manage all issues to a successful resolution.
In this role you will provide customer service through a variety of different communication channels including telephone, email and social media. As a customer service advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our business customer's enquiries.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & BehaviorYou will be trained on everything you need to know about the services provided, but we're looking for enthusiastic, positive individuals who are natural at providing an excellent customer experience.
  • You will need the ability to work in an organised, professional manner, providing high levels of customer service in all verbal and written communications.
  • You must be able to deliver strong communication skills and have the flexibility to work efficiently, both as part of a team, and individually.
  • You must be able to react calmly, and be able to assess situations with both understanding and objectivity, showing patience and professionalism in any scenario.
  • You must be able to demonstrate empathy for the customer and be able take responsive action to resolve customer queries.
  • Through accurately recording customer information, you will be required to demonstrate critical thinking skills, by checking relevant historical information, and using our systems to allocate resources
  • You will be required to effectively and concisely answer business customer queries with good spelling and word choice.
