This is a commission and bonus position, and while it is not salaried, top first-year entry level agents average $45,000 - $62,000New agents can achieve production-based incentives of up to $10,000 in their first yearExperienced sales agents that have been a part of Globe Life for two plus years earn upwards of $100,000 in commissions and bonusesHow Globe Life Supports your career:
