Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance. As a General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the establishment and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Duties:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and quality control.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Utilize POS systems to track sales, inventory, and expenses accurately.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.

Skills:

- Previous experience in kitchen operations, or restaurant management.
- Proven track record as an Assistant Manager or similar leadership role in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.
