Responsibilities

• Manage staff and delegate responsibilities
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Managing recruitment, hiring, and training process
• Overseeing events and parties
• Organize and oversee weekly staff scheduling

Qualifications/Requirement

• 2-5 years managerial experience, preferred experience with trampoline parks or similar environments.
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• MUST have drivers license
