AS A GENERAL MANAGER, YOU WILL SET THE EXAMPLE FOR WHAT THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS LOOK LIKE IN YOUR RESTAURANT:

* Standards of Quality & Accuracy to Every Order, Every Time.

* Standards of Cleanliness while Working and Maintaining Equipment, Cooking, Prep & Dining Areas.

* Standards of Ensuring Paper Goods, Ingredients, Utensils, and Supplies are Organized, Well Stocked, and Crew are Positioned as Scheduled.

* Standards of Basic Adherence to Professionalism, Policies, Schedule Compliance, Appearance, and Teamwork.

THE BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GENERAL MANAGER INCLUDE:

* Ensuring Safety & Profitability while adhering to the Glaser Group's Business Plan.

* Producing Manager Schedules, Requests/Punches & Approvals.

* Submit Daily & Weekly Deposits, Payroll & Safe Accountability & Audits.

* Working with the Kitchen Dept Manager on these Initiatives:

o Food Safety Checks & Calibrations

o Operating Supply Inventory & Ordering

o Monitor Kitchen Operational Metrics and Targets

* Work with the Guest Service Manager on these Initiatives:

o Hospitality Standards & Overall Guest Satisfaction

o POP and Signage

o Monitor Operational Metrics and Targets

* Work with the People Department Manager on these Initiatives:

o Ongoing Team Training

o Team Promotions, Recognition & Turnover

o Team Schedules

* The General Manager will report to directly the Area Supervisor.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR A GENERAL MANAGER SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

* McDonald's Managerial experience, or other quick service restaurant equivalent.

* Bilingual, with a strong ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is a Major plus.

* Basic knowledge and application of computer skills.

* The General Manager should be available to work an average of 45-48 hours a week.

o Includes a mix of dayparts to address restaurant needs.

o Includes 2 Sundays

o Includes 2 Fridays

o Includes 2 Closings
