Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring tables are clean and ready for the next customer
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper handling and storage of food items
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and tracking
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service

Requirements:
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with bussing techniques to maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS system is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures

Note: This position requires standing for long periods of time, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
