Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fast Food Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our fast-food establishment, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service.

Duties:
- Take customer orders and process payments using POS systems
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dining areas
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Upsell menu items to increase sales revenue

Skills:
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food industry practices
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas effectively
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers
- Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining dining area cleanliness
- Capability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
