General Manager
Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring a positive work environment
- Oversee all aspects of shift management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain a strong focus on kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and inventory management
- Assist with hospitality duties as needed, ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Implement and enforce food service management policies and procedures to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage the overall kitchen operations, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent shift management abilities to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Proficient in kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Strong food service management skills, including inventory control and cost management
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, clients, and vendors
- Experience in kitchen management, overseeing equipment maintenance and cleanliness
