McDonnell Property Management LLC is growing, and we are looking for another office assistant/receptionist to join our office.

· Perform office reception responsibilities; monitor the operations of all computers, telephone, and communications systems for the property management office.

· Act as a liaison between the residents and visitors and the property management team.

· Answering multiple phone lines, transferring calls, and helping with basic questions.

- Help walk-in customers by taking rent payments, looking up accounts, and deescalating when faced with confrontation.

- This job may require you to run errands such as, going to the post office, picking up locks from locksmith, meeting vendors to let them into a unit, or meeting city inspectors for annual inspections. Mileage will be paid.

- Perform other duties as assigned by Managers
