Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our shotcrete crew. This role will support the nozzleman and shotcrete finishers by shoveling rebound, moving hoses, and completing any other task required to keep the shotcrete operation moving efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various construction materials and tools. Although it is not required, experience working on a concrete or shotcrete crew is beneficial. Some travel is required, housing and per diem is provided by McDowell Concrete.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and finishing of shotcrete.
- Operate hand and power tools.
- Shoveling rebound.
- Setting up and moving hoses.
- Collaborate with other laborers and construction professionals to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment.
Skills:
- Experience with concrete installation and finishing techniques.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
