Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and personable Independent Sales

Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for those who thrive in building

relationships and enjoy the art of sales. Whether you’re a retired sales professional,

recently out of high school or a stay-at-home parent, we offer the flexibility to fit your

lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in face-to-face interactions with our valued customers.
  • Visit customer business locations to strengthen relationships.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of our services.
  • Coordinate with our team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Desire to take ownership on the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing

deals.

What We Offer:

Ideal Candidate:

  • High school diploma or GED; CSP certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. (Preferred, but not

necessary)

  • Ability to use or learn Microsoft Suite, CRM tools and ability to project revenue.
  • Ability to network & build relationships.
  • Be coachable and willingness to learn and adapt within different types of environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Open to support Marketing Manager with social media tasks but required.

3 Tier Compensation Plan: Details and criteria to be fully discussed during your interview. Our Full Sales-Cycle process consists of Lead generation, an Estimating process, Work Order, and Invoicing. A Full-Cycle results in 5% of the total sale amount, plus $25 for the lead, as well hourly pay, and Mileage. It only gets better, the sales representative has the option of picking what tier of compensation they’d like to thrive in and for how long, scaling in our sales program is on the sales agent’s pace. Whichever level Tier Program you decide thrive in you will be paid hourly. One day you can thrive in all Tiers, and another day you can thrive in Tier 1.

Tier 1: $25/Lead plus Hourly, and Mileage reimbursement

  • Lead Compensation: $25/lead card returned at store & customer profile created.

Tier 2: 2.5% Commission Plus Hourly and Mileage reimbursement

  • Sales Percentage Criteria: Estimation Process is started

Tier 3: 2.5% Commission Plus Hourly and Mileage reimbursement

  • Sales Percentage Criteria: Sales Process Started and Finished
