Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and personable Independent Sales
Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for those who thrive in building

3 Tier Compensation Plan: Details and criteria to be fully discussed during your interview. Our Full Sales-Cycle process consists of Lead generation, an Estimating process, Work Order, and Invoicing. A Full-Cycle results in 5% of the total sale amount, plus $25 for the lead, as well hourly pay, and Mileage. It only gets better, the sales representative has the option of picking what tier of compensation they’d like to thrive in and for how long, scaling in our sales program is on the sales agent’s pace. Whichever level Tier Program you decide thrive in you will be paid hourly. One day you can thrive in all Tiers, and another day you can thrive in Tier 1.
Tier 1: $25/Lead plus Hourly, and Mileage reimbursement
Tier 2: 2.5% Commission Plus Hourly and Mileage reimbursement
Tier 3: 2.5% Commission Plus Hourly and Mileage reimbursement
