About the Role:We are currently seeking a mid-level Management Analyst to join our growing Federal Markets team at Aberdeen Proving Ground. As part of our team, the Management Analyst will be multi-faceted, assisting with content writing, Business Intelligence and Document Controls for our client. Noted in the Key Responsibilities below, this role is pivotal for aligning stakeholders (at a variety of organizational levels) and ensuring that data storage and transparency are streamlined.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, modify, and maintain clear and concise policies, guidelines, memorandums, and other Army correspondence for the Facilities and Property Teams. Assist in the creation of the Facilities and Property Handbooks to include processes and references. Requires knowledge of Army requirements for creating and formatting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Memorandum for Record (MFR), and other clear, concise correspondence.
  • Serves as a Content Manager for the Facilities and Property Offices, ensures that recordkeeping requirements are considered in the development and storage of all new, existing, or modified documentation on Center SharePoint sites.
  • Monitors and manages the Facilities and Property Branch taskers and tracked documents. Assists the Branch in completing requirements by due dates and managing the historical database on MS Teams.
  • Enable collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Organization through the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites and Power BI applications for the Facilities and Property Offices.
  • Skill in analyzing and interpreting data to develop metrics, information dashboards, briefings, and other means of communicating with leadership and customers.
Qualifications:
  • Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously toward deadlines.
  • Knowledge & experience with Power BI and Data Analytics platforms/systems
  • Experience in Document Controls, Document Management or Data/File Management.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate status and progress effectively.
  • Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential documents and information.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills. Attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and detail oriented.
