McGill Environmental Systems is Hiring a Human Resources Representative Near Cary, NC

McGill Environmental Systems, a national leader in sustainability through composting, organics recycling and soils manufacturing, is currently seeking a Human Resources Representative to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruitment efforts to include job postings, interviewing, pre-employment screening, etc. for multiple facilities.
  • HR policy administration including leave policies, workers' compensation, etc.
  • Employee onboarding and training
  • Various HR projects

Qualifications include:

  • Associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field.
  • HRCI / SHRM Certification preferred, or willingness to attain.
  • 2 years of human resources experience.
  • Highly skilled written and verbal communications.
  • Proficiency in MS office products including word, excel, and powerpoint.
