Policy Development: Customize insurance plans to meet the unique needs of each client and ensure comprehensive coverage.

Client Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage ongoing business and referrals.

Data Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details using our internal systems.

Licensing: Possess or be willing to obtain the required insurance licenses in Washington state.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or related fields is beneficial.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
