McGonigle & Hunsaker, LLP, an Elder Law and Special Needs Law office located in the City of Santa Ana, is seeking to hire a part time or full time law office front desk position. Successful candidates must have excellent word processing skills and be comfortable using WordPerfect. They must be well organized, detail-oriented, be able to take initiative and communicate clearly, and work well in a team environment. We are willing to train, although some experience in Elder Law, Probate, Conservatorships, or litigation is preferred. Duties include: filing, mailing correspondence, general administrative tasks, drafting legal documents, including estate plans and pleadings; communicating with clients; and other tasks as requested.
