Overview:

McGuire Chevrolet is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This is a Part Time position with the hours of Wednesdays & Fridays 2:30pm - 8pm and every other Saturday 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception & customer waiting area
- Accepting customer payments for vehicle purchases or repairs
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain records
- Coordinate projects and assist with administrative duties as needed

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry
- Familiarity with computerized systems for office tasks
