Job Overview
We are a legal firm specializing in commercial and residential real estate transactions along with estate and probate work. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Residential Closing Paralegal to join our legal team. This position offers flexibility in terms of hours and has the potential to become a full-time position. Pay will be commensurate with experience. The role is partially remote, allowing you to balance your work between home and office.

Duties

- Manage all aspects of a residential real estate closings from start to finish using SoftPro Software to manage all document closing transactions.

- Prepare and review closing documents, including settlement statements, deeds, and title affidavits.

- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to ensure smooth and timely closings.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal standards and deadlines.

- Maintain accurate and organized files throughout the closing process.

Skills

- REQUIRED - Proficiency in SoftPro Software.

- Proven experience as a Residential Closing Paralegal.

- Strong understanding of residential real estate closing processes and legal requirements.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Ability to work in a partially remote setting with some in-office work required.

Job Type: Part-time
