Position: Full-Time and Part-Time (30-45 hours per week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Health Insurance Advisors. This entry-level role involves working with clients in the insurance sector, helping them navigate their health insurance options and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their health insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Educate clients about different health insurance plans and options.
- Assist clients with the application process and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Basic understanding of health insurance products is a plus, but not required (training provided).
