Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Coordinator at McKay Construction. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with project planning, scheduling, and coordination. This includes organizing project documentation, communicating with clients and subcontractors, tracking project progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the project management team to facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Assist customers in choosing plumbing fixtures, tile, lighting layouts, interior trim & doors
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Help secure costs for Change Orders and Residential Bids & Estimates
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of Revit or Sketch-Up preferred
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology preferred
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
