**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused BDC Agent to join our team. As a BDC Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing our customer relationships and driving dealership traffic by following up on new internet leads and qualifying potential customers. Your primary goal will be to build value with customers over the phone and book appointments for them to visit our dealership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Follow up on new internet leads generated from our marketing efforts promptly.
- Qualify leads as they come in to ensure they meet our criteria.
- Build value with customers over the phone by understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our RVs and services.
- Book appointments for customers to visit the dealership for a more detailed consultation.
- Manage and maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to help them secure more appointments and close sales.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools.
- A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
