McKelvy & Kim Search is seeking a litigation associate with 3 years of complex litigation experience for a prominent law firm in Century City. You must have top academic credentials (top 30 law school highly preferred) and exceptional litigation skills from a top tier firm (Am Law 100/200 experience highly preferred).
An active California bar license in good standing is required for consideration.
Prior experience handling complex procedural and substantive matters is required. You should be able to demonstrate a stable work history, in addition to stellar legal writing skills via writing samples.
Excellent opportunity to work on high-stakes matters. You should be well-versed in all phases of litigation leading up to trial. Any trial experience is a plus, but not required for consideration.
Prior experience handling commercial, real estate, entertainment, insurance, real estate, intellectual property, employment, privacy, and/or appellate matters highly preferred.
Compensation is competitive and depends on experience. Salary budgeted between $180,000 and $320,000.
