Job Description
We require a highly motivated litigation associate in our Newport Beach office to handle insurance and ERISA litigation matters. Our associates are consistently challenged with sophisticated litigation matters and meaningful opportunities in and out of the courtroom.
The scope of work will include:
- Client intake
- Client communications, meet with clients Preparing ERISA appeal letters, demand letters, pleadings, motions/briefs, etc.
- Legal research
- Court appearances
- Court of Appeal arguments
- Take depositions and engage in discovery
- Assist with trials
