As an Associate Software Developer at CoverMyMeds, you'll join a small, cross-functional and collaborative team with endless opportunities to take on responsibility, continue learning and grow your technical acumen. You'll create solutions that make our healthcare system work more efficiently and effectively in order to help millions of people receive their prescription medications every year. This position can be worked from our Columbus office or be fully Remote.
Position Description / Responsibilities:

• Design and develop web applications and APIs for the CoverMyMeds product line
• Jump into both the front-end and back-end of solutions
• Own the quality of the solutions you create through automated testing, and support your solutions after they're in production
• Add to a productive agile environment by partnering closely with necessary stakeholders, deploying often and inspecting and adapting as needed
• Contribute to the success of the immediate team and the engineering organization at large

Critical Requirements:

• Web Development experience in a professional environment required
• Familiar with front-end web development technologies and techniques
• Proficient in developing SQL database-backed software
• Aptitude with debugging tools to inspect and solve coding issues
• Ability to communicate effectively and work closely with product stakeholders and teammates to find solutions collaboratively
• Desire to empathetically share and receive feedback and knowledge to help everyone keep improving

Additional Requirements:

• Ruby on Rails experience strongly preferred
• React experience preferred
• Automated testing experience strongly preferred

Our Base Pay Range for this position$84,000 - $140,000
