Our Consumer Marketing team is expanding! Come join our performance-driven team and play a key role in building the growth for our Consumer business, marketplace platforms, owned pureplay site and social presence.
As an Ecommerce Marketing Associate, you will be contributing to the aggressive growth of the eCommerce channel by supporting the overall digital commerce strategy & marketing team to achieve both revenue & profitability goals. While this role will primarily be focused on supporting the Amazon business, the Ecommerce Marketing Associate will also assist in marketing support for Walmart, Ebay, Kroger, and our own pureplay website.
In this role, you will support Amazon marketing efforts by being responsible for identifying promotional opportunities, reviewing content and listing quality, overseeing Amazon's Vine program to accelerate review growth on platform, assisting with updating KPI metrics and supplier facing presentations. Own the promotional calendar across channels and collaborate with internal teams on promotion execution.
This role will report to the Sr Manager, Marketing with a dotted line to the Amazon marketing manager, providing marketing support as well as partner with internal stakeholders including other Consumer marketing managers, digital category & channel teams, and assortment. May identify and recommend marketing opportunities. There may also be opportunities and projects to contribute to as the business grows and the business shifts into new areas.
Critical Skills:
At least 2 year working with marketing, Ecommerce, or relative experience.
Experience with ecommerce, websites and marketing support.
Experience building a promotional calendar, executing and tracking /measuring results.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Liaise with cross-functional teams, category managers, assortment managers, product information management, 3rd party agencies.
Team support including reviewing content, updating KPI data, market research, presentations and project visualizations.
Ability to learn new technologies, platforms and techniques
Comfort level working independently in a fast-paced eCommerce environment and a self-starter
Ability to contribute to projects, initiatives as they arise
MS-Office, Excel, PPT
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred Marketing, business or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Proven Experience linking metrics to action-items. Proven history of being a self-starter, working independently and success in a highly fast paced, agile environment with quick pivots
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
