Description:

Under general supervision of the Manager-Research Pharmacy Documentation, or other Supervisory/Management-Level position within the Investigational Products Center, initiates and maintains accurate and current drug accountability data on patients/subjects enrolled in a clinical trial. Performs all data management functions of the department, and manages information entered into the CTMS by the USON Site personnel. Interacts with site personnel and Monitors/CRA's assigned to the Investigational Products Center. Supports and adheres to McKesson & US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. 

Shift Details: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reviews studies' information that is entered in CTMS by Investigational Products Center Staff and USON Site Staff 
• Interacts with site personnel and Monitors/CRA's assigned to the Investigational Products Center 
• Prepares reporting and other documents in order to upload them for virtual review. 
• Reconciles CTMS entries and queries site(s) for resolution and accuracy of study records 
• Files all study related documentation in the appropriate files, maintains files and prepares records for Sponsors' monitoring/auditing teams 
• Prepares study related documents for off-site storage
• Prepares Investigational Product approved for destruction to be picked up by 3rd party vendor. Maintains all destruction documentation of Investigational Product. 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician course, Certified Pharmacy Technician Certificate or State Pharmacy Board Required
• Prior experience with record keeping and filing
• Computer proficiency and ability to use computerized pharmacy systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
