McKinley Marketing Partners is seeking a Merchandise Analyst to join our client's team in Irving, Texas on a long-term contract. We are seeking a self-starter who will manage the end-to-end process for our Self Checkout Item Lookup Experience and Product Onboarding. This role will serve as the conduit between the merchandising and Digital R&D teams for all Self Checkout merchandising product needs.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the master list of products for the self checkout item lookup is up to date. Collaborate with category managers to add products, work with marketing to obtain photos, and keep the experience organized for easy customer discoverability. The list should be current with all products, including new additions and removal of discontinued items.
• Manage the list of products needed for onboarding into our database to meet specific thresholds for expansion into new stores. This includes curating the list, identifying database gaps, and creating a process to ensure timely onboarding.
• Develop a process with category managers to obtain samples of current and new products for use in Product Onboarding for the Self Checkout Experience.
• Develop and manage a process to ensure all new items are visible and accounted for in the Self Checkout Experience.
• Coordinate with category managers on new product pilots to enable these products across all channels.
• Work with the Digital R&D Product team to identify the most optimal process for scaling product onboarding for self checkout.
• Coordinate with distributors, suppliers, and partners on packaging updates for current products.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of related experience
• Have a strong process-oriented mindset, with the ability to develop and implement efficient procedures.
• Self-govern and manage internal processes, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Able to be on-site 5 days a week in Irving, TX
