Summary:

Under general supervision this position is responsible for providing support in various technical fields in IT and technology-related sectors.

Responsibilities:

Assisting Technical Teams in their daily operations

Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients or customers

Processing technical documentation such as reports, manuals and product specifications.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure workflow and communication

Works with the onsite IT team members

Performing administrative tasks such as system updates, setting up new equipment, researching and formatting technical topics and solutions

Good communication skills both verbal and written

Computer literate, Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 experience preferred

Education and Experience Requirements: 

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

1 year of IT systems and software experience.

Associates Degree

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; noise level in the mill will be loud. Will be required to wear PPE relevant to the position.
