Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead workshops with business users to gather requirements, understand current processes, and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze existing finance and procurement processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimized process solutions.
Develop detailed process maps and flowcharts using tools such as Visio or other flow charting software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to design and implement process improvements.
Provide expertise in finance and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
Support the development and implementation of new processes and systems, including change management and training.
Utilize Oracle knowledge to provide insights and recommendations for process optimization and system enhancements.
Document and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in process optimization and finance and procurement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Process Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on finance and procurement processes.
Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills, with the ability to engage business users and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using Visio or other flowchart tools for process mapping and documentation.
Solid understanding of finance and procurement processes and best practices.
Experience with Oracle systems is a significant plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
