For almost 15 years, our exciting catering business has taken our same delicious homemade meals, made from the freshest ingredients, and served them in our banquet rooms and venues across three states! Our Indianapolis catering division is growing quickly, and we need more great people to help us along the way!

• Starting Rate is $16 an hour (plus additional income through gratuities and tips)

Requirements:

• Minimum Age18 years old
•  Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a catering van.
• At least 2 years of experience in the catering and event industry
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
•  Professional Work Ethic
• Attention to Detail
• Excellent Time Management Skills

Position Details:

• A catering captain is a leadership role where one will oversee event pull, set up and execution along with clean up and reorganization of catering equipment.
• Captain will manage a small team from 1 to 10 other individuals at any given time
• Captain may work events solo on site after pulling and loading your equipment
• Flexibility with a changing schedule is key, last-minute events are added frequently
• Captains train staff members on how to perform their daily work tasks and adhere to company standards
• This position is responsible for ensuring that their assigned events and activities are organized and executed providing a high-quality catering service for banquets, receptions, and events to achieve customer satisfaction and retention
