McLaughlin Research Corporation has an immediate opening for a Facility Support analyst who is self-motivated, organized, capable, learns quickly, and works well with others. The successful candidate will support the Code 45 Facilities Management Team providing day to day support to the Facilities Manager. Candidates must also possess a proven ability to interface with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure facility requirements are met successfully and on schedule. Typical tasks assigned may include:

• Submit and prioritize facilities-related work requests, monitor work request progress, and meet periodically with NUWCDIVNPT Facilities Department and/or Code 45 Facilities Manager to review work request status.
• Submit and/or monitor facilities-related trouble calls to ensure completion
• As requested by the Code 45 Facilities Manager, work with NUWCDIVNPT Code 1021 Office Furniture team leader for procurement and design of office and cubicles, office configurations, re-configurations and refurbishments.
• Assist the Code 45 Facilities Lead with:
• MILCON planning
• CIPs
• Service calls

Education:
High School Diploma/GED

Experience

Minimum 2 years of project support demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to effectively interface with multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to follow through on task assignments ensuring that all requirements are met in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

Some college is a plus
