TITLE:HQ Staff Accountant

Description of the Position:
The HQ Staff Accountant's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accurate accounting for Pub locations sales and related transactions, including reconciliation and posting of daily sales, preparing bank reconciliations, reconciliation and posting of pub inventories, and monthly detail income statement review and analysis for approximately 12 locations. Other duties include review of purchasing invoice entry, credit card charge back research for the assigned pub group, reconciliation of basic to intermediate balance sheet accounts, maintenance of supporting ledgers, some recurring monthly entries and participation in miscellaneous accounting projects requested. The position requires mental agility and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. The HQ Staff Accountant must also have the ability to work well independently and as a member of a team. Each employee will be expected to perform their job in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to Management. All McMenamin employees will also be expected to keep current on all company events, history, and products. Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Controller.
R equirements of the Job :

• Previous accounting experience required, including AP, AR and GL
• Ability to work with numbers and 10-key
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Property Management Systems
• Excellent Multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work the hours necessary to complete the job
