McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our Family Law Group in either our Harrisburg or Lancaster office. McNees’ Family Law Group has substantial resources and the breadth of knowledge and experience to provide clients with creative and innovative solutions to the unique challenges of their particular family matter.

Desired Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensure in PA
• 5-10 years of relevant family law experience including experience managing legal issues related to divorce, child support, custody and spousal support matters
• Litigation experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling sensitive family matters with discretion and integrity
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
