Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Room Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our dining establishment. The Room Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and managing the overall dining experience.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities
- Train, schedule, and manage staff to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
- Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and special events

Skills:

- Proficiency in food safety practices
- Experience in food preparation and service
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the restaurant or banquet industry is a plus
