In our time of Company growth, we seek a Financial Counselor Supervisor.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

As part of this role, you will:

• Act as point of contact for Financial Counselors as needed
• Share responsibilities with the Financial Counselors as assigned, including but not limited to chart review & preparation, assisting with the completion of financial assistance, application review, approval of assistance applications
• Providing the decision on financial assistance applications to patients and the billing department
• Establishing self-pay agreements and the monthly monitoring of these agreements to ensure payment
• Provide feedback to Revenue Cycle management and team members
• Responsible for reporting and communicating changes in operations promptly
• Assist in managing schedules and ensures coverage at designated sites to include coverage as needed
• Reviews patient comments on MCR's website and notifies Revenue Cycle management of appropriate follow up action when needed
• Assists with staff evaluations by providing notes on audits & observations
