Cutting edge technologically oriented national law firm seeks an IT Support Specialist for downtown Sarasota office. This position is primarily responsible for software support, as well as hardware, printers, and scanners. This position will interact with all employees within the firm and candidates must be able to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor. Your ability to work with a SaaS-based cloud infrastructure will be key to your success.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Take our infrastructure to the next level by leveraging automation tools in Salesforce
• Provide software support for a variety of applications including Office 365, Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, Slack, Zoom and MacOS
• Hardware support as needed for printers, scanners, video conferencing and MacBook Pros
• Create documentation for processes and procedures for all IT owned applications
• Integrate applications using APIs and leveraging information security best practices for a SaaS cloud environment
• Provide end-user support to staff
• Provide assistance with video conferencing solutions including video meetings and webinars
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Experience and Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree or CompTIA A Certification
• Knowledge and use of MacOS
• 1-2 years of technical support experience in an IT support, system administrator or similar role
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities

Advanced knowledge of the following:

• MacOS
• Office 365
• Helpdesk ticketing systems
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Jamf Pro and MacOS management/deployment
• Experience with new technologies and standards in an evolving environment (i.e. web and cloud-based applications), SaaS, mobility, security and video collaboration
• Ability to creatively solve problems and think outside the box for solutions
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and explain technical information to non-technical users
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, including network security and firewall configuration
• Ability to integrate various business applications
• Professional demeanor and excellent business communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and projects
• Knowledge of networking concepts
