KEYFUNCTIONS1.Responsible for managing daily business operations as well as initiatives assigned by the leaders of Diagnostic Imaging. Conducts analysis and assessment of existing programs, processes, and outcomes, with the primary focus on business activities such as inventory management, and facilities and space planning for both clinical and academic areas. 2.Ensures that business operations, processes, and policies within Diagnostic Imaging consistently meet division and institutional guidelines and expectations. 3.Manages and monitors inventory through existing systems, while simultaneously working towards the end goals of 1) implementing an automated inventory system across the Division, 2) enabling inventory scanning capabilities, and 3) establishing lot number and expiration tracking mechanisms.4.Manages inventory of current Language Assistance resources across all five campuses and deploy additional resources as needed.5.Analyzes monthly financial reports to ensure inventory and other business-related expenditures are maintained within the overall budget. 6.Leads and facilitates facilities planning for new building and spaces through the lens of business operations, including the collation and analysis of data to develop plans and forecasting tools for future spaces.7.Facilitates action plan development in response to institutional survey results for business units across the division, and ensures effective implementation and impact monitoring of action plans.8.Meets routinely with the Administrative Director to keep them informed on department, institutional, and/or individual progress.9.Supports the Division of Diagnostic Imaging in daily operations management and communication across all relevant departments and teams within the division.10.Designs and develops systems and processes to improve business services rendered in the division, as well as identifying key issues, problems, approaches, performance metrics, and required resources as needed. Establishes procedures for implementation of process and systems changes.11.Identifies data needs and operational requirements proactively. RequirementsEducation Requirement: Bachelor's degree. Preferred Education: Master's degreeExperience Required: Five years related experience to include three years program management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. Experience Preferred: With preferred degree, three years of required experience.
