We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subcontractor to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a variety of construction projects, including site preparation, construction framing, and exterior and interior installations. The Subcontractor will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, including site preparation.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to understand project requirements.

- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plan.

- Develop and implement project schedules, including time management and project scheduling.

- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve construction issues.

Hands on Experience working in the field

- Proven experience in construction management, including experience with construction site management and construction management software.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.

- Excellent time management and project scheduling skills.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
