Role Description
MDI is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our lettershop direct mail production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining high-speed mailing equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality direct mail pieces. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting various machines to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Machine Operation and Machinery skills
- Experience in quality control processes
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a direct mail production environment is a plus
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
