Our direct client has an opening for a IT Support Specialist to provide tech support to their Holmdel, NJ office. This is an onsite role.
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the following:
Support SaaS base cloud infrastructure (O365 and SharePoint)
IT Asset Management and Tracking for Onboarding/Offboarding.
Document and present solution designs to supervisors and other members of the team.
Support of Windows, Microsoft 365.
Deploy, support, and secure endpoint devices in a distributed network.
Document process and procedures for IT and non-IT staff.
Assist users with software and hardware issues.
Perform basic computer hardware repairs.
