**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and client relationship management. We provide Ediucation & Consulting services to the longtercare industry.
**Duties:**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services
- Utilize HubSpot or similar CRM software to track leads and sales progress
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
Provide short presentations to prospective clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies
- Perform business development activities to generate leads and drive sales
**Skills:**
- Experience in healthcare sales or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Strong outbound calling skills
- Knowledge of training products and services
- Excellent communication skills
