The Clinical Laboratory Scientist Lead performs a variety of both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests in accordance with established processes and procedures. These require a professional level of knowledge to properly execute and analyze results, especially where results are abnormal or atypical. Directs the work of a team of clinical laboratory scientists & laboratory technicians.

• Current State of California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License REQURIED
• Shift is Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, onsite in Irvine, CA
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum 6 years of experience
• Experience working with LIMS database, quality systems and lab automation.
• Molecular experience preferred.
• Good reasoning ability, knowledgeable of clinical pathology processes and excellent organization skills to meet established turnaround time deadlines a must.
• Hiring range: $49.00 to $56.00 per hour. The actual rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
