BENEFITS COORDINATOR

The Company:

Our client is a top leader in innovation for a full range of industrial services. This company located in Deer Park, TX is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a BENEFITS COORDINATOR.

This role is DIRECT-HIRE, with full benefits and the hourly rate will range between $28-32/hr.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in employee benefits, retirement savings, disability coverage, and accordance with federal and state regulations.

The Expectations:

  • Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and termination of benefits.
  • Maintains confidentiality about health-related data or employee information, all employees pay levels, and any legal issues.
  • Auditing and reconciling benefits statements and files.
  • Knowledge and oversight of 401k plans, COBRA, ACA, short-term and long-term benefits.
  • Assist with enrollment and training new employees on benefit offerings, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensuring that the company’s benefits policy complies with laws and regulations.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR benefit trends and best practices.
  • Ensuring personnel files documents are distributed to the appropriate employee files.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experienced and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related work experience; REQUIRED
  • 2 years of Benefits experience; REQUIRED
  • Software: Microsoft Office, ADP and Paycore; PREFERRED

More Details:

  • DIRECT HIRE
  • $28-32/hr
  • Full-Time Role (40 hours)
  • Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
  • FULL Benefits Available
