Job DescriptionThe Route Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of route sales drivers/merchandisers and ensuring that they meet their sales and distribution targets. The supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales and distribution strategies to increase efficiencies, effectiveness, revenue and profitability.

The supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales and distribution strategies to increase efficiencies, effectiveness, revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of route sales representatives (drivers/merchandisers)
- Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies
- Ensure that route sales representatives meet their sales and performance targets
- Train and coach route sales representatives to improve their sales and delivery skills
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
- Ensure that all sales and performance activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Develop relationships at store/customer level to ensure expectations are identified and met
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry in related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL preferred)
